Step 1 - Frequently Asked Questions

 

Pinnacle and Premier tier partners who have completed their onboarding to VeloCloud's previous partner program will not need to take any action. A change of ownership notification will be sent to these partners and we will continue using the contracts and Sales Orders currently governing our agreement/ partnership.

Pinnacle and Premier tier partners who have not completed the previous partner program onboarding process will need to complete the onboarding process before they can transact.

All Registered tier partners who have previously accepted their partnership invitation (CTA) can continue to transact through their authorized VeloCloud Distributor. If you are a Pinnacle or Premier partner who has not completed your VeloCloud Partner onboarding (CTA, RPA, and AoR) please reach out to:

Yes, absolutely! VeloCloud brings leading cloud-delivered SD-WAN solutions with integrated security that complements Arista's wired and wireless switching portfolio.

There is no planned disruption to your VeloCloud service. Arista is committed to ensuring a smooth transition with uninterrupted service, and is well known for network reliability and minimal downtime. If you do experience any issues, our support teams are here to help.

There are no immediate changes planned to your current VeloCloud solution, and you should experience a seamless transition. VeloCloud is a key part of Arista’s branch networking strategy, and as it becomes part of the Arista campus portfolio, you'll have easier access to an expanded set of networking products.

Pinnacle, Premier and Registered tier partners who have completed their onboarding to VeloCloud’s previous partner program will receive access to the Arista Partner Portal. Simply click on this link to begin setting up your account. Note you must use the credentials you use to transact VeloCloud to set up the account.
