Overview
Starting from the 6.3.1 release, VeloCloud introduces VeloBrain, which is an AI operator with a chat interface powered by Generative AI. The chat interface streamlines operation, while Generative AI provides expert-level guidance, context, and automation to help Enterprise, Operator, and Partner users perform various SD-WAN operations.
Contact the Support team, to request access to VeloBrain. Currently, VeloBrain is accessible only from the Enterprise level, irrespective of the role you log in as.
VeloBrain provides the following two main capabilities:
- VeloBrain Knowledge Assistant: Provides answers to any questions regarding VeloCloud products with references. This chat interface can be accessed from any of the Enterprise level Orchestrator screens.
- VeloBrain Troubleshooting Assistant: Provides root causes and resolution steps for selected Events. This chat interface can be accessed from the screen.
