Run Remote Diagnostic Tests on Edges

VeloCloud Orchestrator allows running various Remote Diagnostic tests on a selected Edge.
  1. To run Remote Diagnostics on an Edge, select the Diagnostics tab.

  2. Select an Edge link.
    Note: Alternatively, run the Remote Diagnostics test using the Shortcuts option available on the Configure > Edges or Monitor > Edges pages.
    The Orchestrator establishes a connection to the Edge, and the Remote Diagnostics window displays all the possible Remote Diagnostics tests for the Edge.
  3. Select an appropriate Remote Diagnostics test to run on the Edge, and then select Run.
    The Orchestrator fetches diagnostic information from the Edge and displays it on the screen.
