As a Partner Administrator, you can monitor the status of your Customers and the Edges connected to them.
Log into Orchestrator as a Partner. In the Partner portal, select Monitor Partner Customers. The Customers page displays.

This screen shows the Edges for all customers managed by this Partner.
Customers displays the following details:
Total Customers
Customers managed by the Partner.
Number of Edges DOWN, DEGRADED, CONNECTED, and UNACTIVATED. Select the number to view the corresponding Customer details in the bottom panel.
In the bottom panel, select the Customer name link to navigate to the Enterprise portal, where you can view and configure settings for that customer. For more information, see the VeloCloud SD-WAN Administration Guide.
Total Edges
Edges associated with the Customers.
Number of Edges DOWN, DEGRADED, CONNECTED, and UNACTIVATED. Select the number to view the corresponding Edge details in the bottom panel.
In the bottom panel, select the Edges link to view the details of each Edge. Select the Edge name link to view additional details for the Edge. For additional information, see the VeloCloud SD-WAN Administration Guide.
Note: The Auto Refresh option is not available. You can refresh the Window manually to view the current data.
