Layer-3 Deep Dive: Using IGPs to Scale Cloud Networking

In this session Arista engineers will take us from the L3 default gateway through a 2-tier and n-tier network architecture based on IGPs such as OSPF and IS-IS and discuss protocol scaling, equal cost multi-path, and how to design, build, operate, and troubleshoot a L3 network in the data center. The design discussion will also center around planning a network architecture and addressing scheme that will support future VXLAN and network virtualization technologies.
