The Arista 7100 series is a best-of-breed 1 and 10 Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) switching solution for data centers and cloud networking environments. Common underlying themes of the product endorsements include low latency, server virtualization enablement through 10GbE and layer 2/3 switching.

Arista Announces General Availability in Japan

Arista Networks today announced general availability of its 10 Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) switching solutions in Japan. Arista's 7100 Series of 10GbE switches have been shipping in the US and Europe since mid-2008. The products passed Japanese VCCI EMI requirements in late January 2009 and are now in full compliance with all product certifications required for Japan.
