Setting Up DMF Service Node

Pre-installation Checklist

  • Ensure that the installation prerequisites are satisfied, as mentioned in the DMF Service Node Installation prerequisites section of the DMF Deployment Guide.
  • To set up the Service Node appliance, please refer to Installing and Upgrading the DMF Service Node section of the DMF Deployment Guide.

Log into the DMF Service Node Web Interface

After the Service Node has been connected to the DMF switch fabric and configured (as per the steps outlined in the DMF Deployment Guide), enter the DMF Controller GUI via its IP/Hostname. The Service Node should be displayed as connected in the Managed Services page of the DMF GUI.
