SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- June 5, 2014 -- Arista Networks, Inc. (NYSE: ANET) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,250,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $43.00 per share. In addition, Arista has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 787,500 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 6, 2014 under the symbol “ANET.”

Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Wells Fargo Securities, Cowen and Company, JMP Securities, Needham & Company, Oppenheimer & Co., Pacific Crest Securities, Stifel, The Juda Group and William Blair are acting as co-managers for the offering.
