End of Sale of the Arista 7500R2 Series Line Cards
Date: December 20th, 2023
Arista Networks announces the upcoming end of sale for the DCS-7500R2-36CQ-LC , DCS-7500R2A-36CQ-LC, DCS-7500R2M-36CQ-LC and DCS-7500R2AM-36CQ-LC, part of the 7500R Series.
The products and part numbers covered by this announcement are listed below in Table 1. The last day to order the affected products is planned for 20 June 2024.
Customers with active support contracts for the 7500R2 Series products listed below will continue to receive support from Arista TAC (Technical Assistance Center) according to the dates listed in Table 2, the End-of-Life Milestones, as long as the systems remain covered under a support contract.
Migration Options
Customers affected by the End of Sales are encouraged to plan a migration to models that provide equivalent functionality or higher performance. The Arista DCS-7500R3 Line Cards should be considered as alternatives depending on the nature of the networking requirements.
