Overview:
As part of Arista’s ongoing commitment to security and transparency, Arista is providing advance notice for multiple Security Advisories scheduled for publication on October 6, 2026.
Background
Recent enhancements to our vulnerability detection processes have resulted in a higher-than-usual volume of security updates. Arista is providing this advance notification to help our customers plan. To streamline remediation efforts and allow customers to address them in a consolidated maintenance window, Arista is consolidating a larger volume of discrete advisories into aggregated bulk advisory releases. Scope of the Upcoming Release
Arista expects multiple advisories to be included in this upcoming release, affecting CloudVision on-premises and CV-CUE on-premises and Wi-Fi Access Point software.
Next Steps for Our Customers
This notice is intended solely to help Arista customers prepare for the upcoming releases. Customers are encouraged to subscribe to notifications on new software releases and be ready to begin their own assessment and testing once advisories are available.
On October 6, 2026, a set of security advisories will be published with the full details of each security issue — including specific CVE information, severity scores, affected versions, and remediation instructions — on the Arista Advisories and Notices page. This document will also be updated with a summary reference to the advisory details on that same date.
