Arista Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

(NYSE: ANET) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,250,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $43.00 per share. In addition, Arista has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 787,500 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 6, 2014 under the symbol “ANET.”
